Bolingbrook Dermatology

Staff is always friendly and caring.

Monica is a very nice knowledgeable PA. She made me feel at ease when I was uncomfortable with the situation. Everyone that works for Derick Dermatology is very kind. I highly recommend for outstanding care

Very pleasant experience. Took care of what was needed.

Very welcoming and professional.

Everyone was extremely impressive and enjoyable to work with; it's never a surprise at how excellent the experience will be at Derick Dermatology, and of course the results are always superior.

Patient time is not a consideration. If I am to be ready at 7:10, I would hope that you are too. It should not take 55 minutes for a urine test and blood draw. This is the third time that I am on time and waiting 15+ just to be seen.

Easy to get an appointment fast, quick check-in, quick visit, super informative and developed a plan together for my son's treatment!

Thanks to the wonderful professional people. I was nervous, they calmed me down, spoke to me in respectful tones, used medical terms that I could understand and often stopped to make certain that I was understanding what was happening. I also spent time in reception where courtesy was uppermost concern. They was always and foremost courteous and informative. Thank you to all!

Very friendly and professional.

I have been here twice. Each time everyone was extremely professional. I would highly recommend referring Bolingbrook Derick Dermatology to anyone considering using them.

The staff was friendly, and I felt cared for and listened to.

All staff great. Leila was so very pleasant, went above and beyond to look into insurance changes, eligibility for me.

Highly recommended.

Greatly appreciate the time that everyone took with me to answer my questions and concerns. Everyone has a great attitude and made me feel comfortable, and that I was in good hands.

Professional Knowledgeable Relatability and Confidence that in my experience shows a caring willingness to dx and treat others. 👍🏼

The team is very personable and understanding. They talk through each step along the way.

I have been seeing Dr Johnson since July of 2022 . He is very professional and explains what he is doing. He also explains why he checks in my underwear eventhough those areas are not in the sun

All the staff are very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Very pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Andrew Johnson treats patients very respectfully and professionally.

My was better than I imagined it would be. The team listened and helped me understand. What could possibly be my issues.
