The team at the Crystal Lake office are terrific. I visit every year for a check up.
Fantastic! Was able to schedule a next day appointment. After checking in I waited about 45 seconds and was brought to the exam room. The medical assistant was quick and thorough. The fnp came into the room within 2 minutes. Loved how action was taken right away and then was able to make a follow up appointment in the exam room. So very happy and grateful for the excellent treatment !

Corinne is very thorough and really good at putting patients at ease. Lauren was wonderful, too. It is always a little scary to get a skin check, and even tho I needed a lesion biopsied I was much calmer because of their excellent manner and care.

Everyone was so kind. Amelia was personable and explained everything clearly saying that April would explain it all again. This was nice because sometimes it's hard to take everything in at first. April was amazing! She was gentle, kind, good at distracting me from the procedure, and she talked to me the entire time. It really put me at ease. I would recommend her to anyone!

Brennah checked me in confirming my appointment in thirty seconds. I sat down for 2 minutes,was ushered to my exam room, gave my medical history and was speaking with my Physician Assistant within 5 minutes. The medical assistant, Denali was friendly and professional. The medical assistant in training, Hailey, was great as well. Derick hires exceptional people. I was in and out under 30 minutes!!
