Lucy (PA) is always amazing. She’s so sweet and takes the time to explain everything to you. I’ve seen her a few times and she’s wonderful every time!

I would give a 5 but when I walked into the reception area, I was not greeted by check-in at all. The girls were in a conversation and did not greet me. I didn’t know who to go to check in and then it was no Hello or How are you. I was just informed to pay the copay and that’s it. I did feel like I was just a paycheck and not a patient. I did feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

De verdad que no cumplieron mis expectativas, ni siquiera chequearon correctamente la zona afectada de mi cabeza, ni siquiera me indicaron que era lo que tenia en si, solo me tomaron una simple foto y recetaron unas lociones únicamente. Salí sin saber en si que causó o pudo haber causado mi indicacion

U was expecting more attention, Kaia was amazing but Kyra was in a rush , I felt brushed off , and my concerns were taken lightly, the visit was a disappointment, i paid to get more attention, will not be coming back or recommend, sorry to say

From check in to exam to checkout, no one does it better than Dr. Thompson and his excellent team. I was seen on time and given a thorough exam with all members of the team polite and professional

Quick and helpful assistance

Janet, was very kind, Dijonay, was very nice as well. Unfortunately I felt Kimberly was in a rush and When realize I had questions she was gone. Luckily Google answered questions about skin cancer and freezing the area. I expected more since this was my first experience with a dermatologist.

Dr. Thomas and his team are terrific! Have been coming here for years and they have always taken care of my issues. Recommend highly!!

5 Stars! As a Melanoma survivor & continuing skin sun damage issues, I have had absolutely amazing experiences at Derick Dermatology! I can’t express enough how impressed I am by their entire staff! They somehow make me feel incredibly comfortable even though my visits are for medical necessity & (unfortunately) not beauty or Botox. If you need a dermatologist look no further, this is your place!
