Derick Dermatology - Elgin

Most people at the Elgin location rush me too much and it makes me annoyed and nervous as if they don't want to work there and be over with me. Most of the workers here aren't friendly.

Lucy is amazing, she shows concern and is so good at listening. I wouldn't go to anyone else!!!!!

I had an excellent experience with the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s not always easy to find a medical office where you feel truly cared for, but this team goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Very personable and thorough with explanation of procedure and next steps.

The care team did a wonderful job. I was early but they took me right away. My intake was quick and my treatment was done before I knew it. I was really impressed!
