My service was professional and complete. I appreciated the efficiency of the process and how kindness of each person I interacted with.

We waited almost a 1/2 hr to be called back to do a urine test. Then we were told we could pick up medicine at the pharmacy, the pharmacy was out of stock for our medication so we had to pay double to get to separate pills instead of one. Further we were not given the quiz we needed so we ended up having to wait an additional 15 min for the quiz to finally be sent.

Outstanding from beginning to end. Lots of reminders off appointment. Quick and easy checkin. On time appointment with professional, but friendly, keeping us informed throughout the exam. I can't think of any way could be better.

I have been trying to get my daughter, Eliri into a dermatologist, since May 2025. I called so many times and everyone I spoke to was simply amazing and I finally got a appointment for Eliri the first week of September. I drove from over an 1hr away and everyone I spoke with was nice and welcoming. We finally have an answer and the right medication and I can not thank you guys enough for everythin
