From start to finish everybody treated me as though I was family. PA Christine Rodriguez was amazing! She gave me information and taught me to understand what was going on she took her time and explain things in layman's terms. Medical assistant was also present and had information ready on the computer so I could visually see things. Just an amazing team.

I have always received excellent dermatological care from Dr. Kobierska and the medical assistants like Alyssa. Dr. Kobierska is excellent at performing skin treatments and prescribing the correct medications for skin issues and she and her team are very nice people to work with.

I was treated well and am optimistic that the prescription will do the trick. However, I was not able to access the report because I didn't have the requisite number (for the practice, I guess). This leads to a 4-star review.

Check in was great. My appointment was at 8:50 I was not brought back to a room until 9:20. The PA came in at 9:25 35 minutes after my appointment.

Provider spent almost 0 time looking at my skin. She did spend time going over medications but how could she make these recommendations or decisions when she had hardly looked at my skin. She shined her light on it for less than 2 seconds.

They were both very confident and made me feel at ease. At other Dermatology appointments I have had quite a bit of anxiety but not with this team. It was great that I was able to get my prescription filled while at the office

This is my fourth skin check with Hanna. She is very pleasant, professional and thorough.

I’ve had repeated issues with Derick dermatology over the past year. First I had to escalate 3 times to get my lab results back after a month. Yesterday I followed up on a biopsy that grew back, only for them to be over an hour late to the appt, including making me wait in a cold room undressed for 40 mins. Per the chats in the waiting room long delays are the norm. Run like a factor

Always appreciate how timely the office is to keep appointments on time. Paige is a wonderful caretaker and I always feel confident in her suggestions to take care of any issues I have.
