Dr. Ali was very good. Amanda was also good, but having a 9 am and waiting 45 minutes and the receptionist gives you a very confusing answer when you ask why the long wait. You'll get charged $50 if you don't cancel 24 hours ahead and I'm sure they wouldn't have seen me if I showed 45 minutes late but somehow it's ok to keep people waiting for an hour. I think this is disrespectful to patients.

I received excellent care from Kasey and Hannah at Derick yesterday As always, everyone on staff is pleasant, upbeat and welcoming and this visit was no exception.
The staff and doctor are outstanding but I waited 50 minutes after my appointment time to see the doctor.
