I hadn’t been to a dermatologist since my teenage acne years. I was so impressed with the facilities, the demeanor of the front desk team, and the bedside manner of the PA. She was quick, knowledgeable and let me ask questions along the way. When she took a few samples, she let me know what she was doing and why she was doing it and that eased my fears completely. Everyone was wonderful.
