Everyone in our care team was amazing and professional. But the reason for my low rating is because we had to wait in the lobby for an hour before we got brought back. We were told somebody had called off sick. I understand this happens from time to time, but a similar occurrence happened at our last appointment - we were brought back and waited about 40 minutes in the exam room before being seen.

Everyone was so professional and courteous. They are attentive and answer all questions concisely.

Nidhi and Dr John were great. They made me feel like they were looking out for my interests. There is no problem with any of the personel. Because I am old I have a little trouble navigating through the signing in but, I'm getting it down.

The office we visit is always runing on time, we have never had to wait for more than a few minutes to see the doctor. Dr. DeNigris & his Medical Assistant, Sofia, are very knowledgeable and thorough, every step was explained prior to performing any sampling. I recommend this office of Derick Dermatology for anyone.

Noelle was amazing & made me feel very comfortable. Dr Denigris was quick & efficient making sure I was not in any pain during the procedure.

This was my first experience with this office and I must say I was impressed from the moment I entered the doors. I was greeted by the cheerful and helpful receptionist Peyton and then taken back to the exam room by the helpful and efficient medical assistant Reilly. A short time later the PA, Anndy Nguyen came into the exam room. I found him to be very polite, professional and extremely thorough.

The office is lovely, the staff is very kind and Dr. Negris is very gently and caring. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience when it comes to shots and freezing some spots on my head.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dermatologist! The staff was so helpful and kind and I will definitely go back for any other needs in the future!

Perhaps some of the kindest staff I have ever encountered at a doctor's office.

I am very happy with the people that I had contact with. What I did not like was when I called, I had to talk with someone in another state. The message didn't get handled at first. I had to call back on Monday to get more of the cream. This delayed application for about six days.

Noelle was very down to Earth, almost like talking to a friend so sharing that I was anxious about my ailment, she made me feel at ease. Dr. Nguyen was just as easy. He seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help figure out what needed to be done.

I've been coming to Derrick Dermatology for about 5 months now and the Professionalisim continues but the mannerisim shown goes handnhand w each and every visit!

Peyton was really friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Donna was very thorough and took her time explaining the diagnosis. Sofia answered a bunch of questions for me and was super helpful. Everyone that I dealt with was fantastic. Thank you all.
